A report has been made, that a Parish Elementary School is discriminating against Black Students.

There is a continual manifestation of institutional of institutional racism in every area of American Society. Local, National and Internationally.  It is the destroying continually of the moral fabric of this humanity on earth.  
Internationally the American President is broadcasting racial discord.  It is leaking and re-igniting old line tendencies in all rural lifestyles. 

We are openly stating these conditions, because employees are working at the Monroe, Louisiana school in fear.  

Terrorized.  
While the state government is lining-up with the racist, fear-mongering Trump Regime, to return Louisiana's poor to a group of drooling disabled citizens, crippling their way to increased bus fares in order to receive medicaid.

Crippling Students
Teachers are instructing on the basis of "keep it white" demeaning black students to not receive optimum education.  It seems like pre-1954 to 1970.  In an elementary school setting to at a Ouachita Parish System School, students are regularly demeaned.  

Recently in Winnsboro, Louisiana's branch of Louisiana Delta Community College the local media has outlined a similar circumstance.  

KNOE News 8  ran a story yesterday about answers to a test given to "white-students-only". 

Now, this is manifesting because of the current trends of the Trump Administration to return to yesteryear and the days of discrimination against racial minorities.  

So That We May Be Clear

The Justice We Need  So that we may be clear on this matter.
 It is imperative that what must be admitted to, is that this problem is a spiritual problem. If the problem was merely, physical and mechanical it could be solved with human actions.
But as of this date, no human action has caused any resultive action that resolves the issue. 

On the surface, the issue appears to be about the actions of individuals, singularly depraved, for one reason or the other.  It is not accurate to claim this as 'black on black'; for which I must withdraw from its use, excepting only as a reference to our desire to rise and be above, the indiscriminate "killings of ourselves as a People". 

The factual research indicates murder and killing of any racial background is generally by its own race, percentage-ly.  So, this is not about race, if, more than lifestyle.   

CommonWealth for a Free Moral Society,  has a  piece on this issue concerning Bastrop's adjacent city Monroe, Louisiana. In one week there has been enough killing and death for a lifetime.  A man was shot dead in a residential driveway on the way to work. A child of 5 years of age, was found sitting in a chair dead, Saturday morning at 6am. 
As the undercurrents rip through the communities, the death spiral continues. In preparing for Service Sunday Morning, 5 sirens passed the Church before 9:30. Another human was shot & killed, we came to know the following day. 
Furtherly, in other aspects of the death spiral a permissive environment has engrafted itself into society, beginning specifically with the Trayvon Martin killing. Now in 2017 the Sutherland Springs, Texas church shootings, and the subsequent killing of the murderous perpetrator will further desensitize the death spiral.

A new open season. No place is safe.  No one has been arrested in the 5 year-old girls murder on Saturday morning November 3rd, or the Demontrail Lollie murder.  There has been no adjudication in other killings in Bastrop. 

On August 23, 2017 18-year old Roderick Adams was arrested in the August 2016 murder of  Raymerio Lee.

There is no cessation in adjacent towns and cities.


I surely Pray that the Lord would give intelligent strength to do what must be done, Amen.

So, Again. In the little City of Monroe, Louisiana; population forty-eight thousand at times, 52,000 at others and maxed and 62,500 at one-time: another black-youth is dead!  

I asked the question, the last youngster that died violently; Do You Really Want to Take A Human Life?  Would you really be okay with killing a human being? Who is okay with the possibility of your MURDERING ANOTHER HUMAN BEING?

A Monroe teen is dead following a Tuesday night shooting.
According to updated information from the Monroe Police Department, Junius Benton, 16, was shot following a verbal altercation that turned physical and then deadly.
Officers were dispatched to the corner of Long and Milliken Drive in the Robinson Place community in reference to a shooting.
Upon arrival, officers discovered Benton was shot once and taken to a local hospital by friends. He later died.
Investigators located a crime scene where the shooting took place and interviewed witnesses. They learned that just prior to the shooting, an argument took place between two individuals and was followed by a fight.
During the fight, multiple gunshots were fired, and one of the shots led to Benton's death.
According to the MPD, the altercation involved families and friends who resided in the neighborhood and had been feuding for a long period of time.
Several parties have been identified and contacted in connection with the incident, including Jaylon K. Brown, 17. Brown told police he was involved in the fight and fired a gun.
Brown is in custody and was booked on a charge of illegal discharge of a firearm.
 A second suspect was also taken into custody on Wednesday. Japhares L. Rucks, 18, was taken into custody on charges of aggravated assault and obstruction of justice for his involved in the altercation that led to Benton's death.
Witnesses are working with police as the investigation continues. The MPD asks that anyone with information regarding the incident contact the department at 318-329-2600 or via the MPD Facebook. Callers can also reach Crime Stoppers at 318-388-2274

Continued "Criminalization"Of Louisiana's Poor

The Justice We Need Such A Very Sky Blue Day that we are so very   thankful for.Yet we know, that the Louisiana Legislature is in Session in Baton Rouge, further criminalizing Black folk, poor folk and immigrants of a different hue. Who needs to be locked up is "Bobby" Piyush Jindal for misappropriation of public funds and RICO violation of "honest services" for destroying the Louisiana budgetary sufficiency, leaving a nearly two-billion dollar shortfall. His predecessor has now to fix the mess, this Republican left the State of Louisiana in.

In the grocery store taxes are up. The state of Louisiana has become a de facto "debtors prison" of mental and emotional incarceration; leaving many of the severely-impoverished, prisoners of state-sanctioned torture.

This government-created sub-class are very much aware, their only out of this quagmire is the grave; all the while "the state of Louisiana figures a new way of increasing its incarceration rolls"!  "Sanctuary cities laws" is a new tool to 'profile' browns, blacks and less than chalk white, citizens.

While the nation is in an uproar about "not where you can drink water, but where you can release "water"; Louisiana is prepping for fuller prisons.

The term "sanctuary city" has no legal meaning, but it's become a rallying cry for many with concerns about illegal immigration.

It generally refers to municipalities that have established policies prohibiting police officers from enforcing immigration laws or cooperating with federal immigration officials.

Texas law states that police officers generally cannot arrest people without probable cause of a crime, and immigration violations often are civil matters, not criminal cases. 

Some think Houston is a sanctuary city, while others — including the region's top immigration enforcement official — reject that.

Just more than half of the voters said they would disapprove of accepting Syrian refugees into Texas even with a security clearance process in place. Another 36 percent said they would accept those refugees.

 In Louisiana , a new group of "illegals" are emerging.  Sanctuary Cities are the tip of this iceberg. Recently, criminalized citizens through the Office of Debt Recovery, has this underclass of "newly legislated illegals" on the road to becoming fugitives and refugees.

All the while, a former republican governor is free, after submerging the State Of Louisiana in a Katrinaest "financial flood of despair."

CRIMINAL INJUSTICE PREVAILS Get it Straight::Governed Society!!

The Justice We Need in Ferguson Missouri is at the tipping Point. There is nothing anyone can do to forego the justice, that is about to be dispensed in St. Louis' Ferguson.
This Justice will affect the entire Nation. And it needs to desperately.

Our Prayer however, is that the Department of Justice's Civil Rights Division's Criminal Section's Special Litigation Section will do its job and prosecute some criminal cops.
Under the Color of Law, the apparatus that shot rubber bullets at citizens of the Continental United States of America, and used stun grenades on average, everyday Missourians, must receive Justice.

After all,this is still, the United States of America;right??!!
But the Brutality, in every aspect; hasn't stopped. The Police, ourselves, others and militaries are still wreaking havoc.
However, the brutalization by police can end. The subculture, that has developed in law-enforcement, the judiciary and the penal and prosecutory systems of injustice, must end NOW.

And so, the Justice Department, State of Missouri, St. Louis County, Ferguson and beyond are ramping up to deploy for Riot conditions.

"Protestors and civil rights groups say Brown's death is part of a national epidemic in which a disproportionately high number of unarmed black men are fatally shot by white police officers, an allegation police deny.

Missouri law enforcement officials have been in contact with police chiefs in Los Angeles, New York, Florida and Cincinnati, Ohio and other jurisdictions as they prepare for the grand jury decision, Belmar said. Police in New York and Los Angeles did not return calls for comment.

Of the 227 people arrested between Aug. 10 and Sept. 9 in connection with protests over Brown's death, 36 were from outside Missouri, including seven from New York, 12 from Illinois and five from California, according to arrest records provided by the St. Louis county police.

"We know outside groups visited us in August. We are expecting that different people will come in from outside the St. Louis area," if the grand jury decides not to indict Wilson, Belmar said.

One focus of the meetings has been on how to respond in the event of riots, the police chief said. Police faced a public backlash when they initially deployed armored carriers and carried military-style assault rifles after Brown's shooting.

Representatives of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, St. Louis County Police, St. Louis city police and Ferguson police have been attending the meetings, Belmar said. The top FBI official in St. Louis, Agent William Woods, attended a strategy meeting last week, said St. Louis FBI spokeswoman Rebecca Wu.

Plans have not been finalized. It was announced last week that the St. Louis County Police will take the lead from the tiny Ferguson force in patrolling the city's streets."

There is a lot of explosive energy," said Tef Poe, one of the protest leaders, sitting in a makeshift office close to where Brown was shot. However, the fact remains, that the rights of US Citizens have been egregiously violated. King said, "We'll never be satisfied as long as the Negro is the victim of the unspeakable horrors of Police Brutality."

Angel's Jazz:Washington, LA

The Justice We Need - Angel's Jazz: A Washington, Louisiana affair.

The Washington, Louisiana incident at a "Catfish Festival" has led to the question of, as to how far are we willing to go to obtain the justice we desire?  A young teenage girl was "mishandled", handled inappropriately by officers of the law in this municipality of a little over a thousand people.  

In this post-terrorism current police mentality, anyone is subject to the abhorent whims of the law. In the case of "Angel's Jazz" it would not be of any importance who these men were, that -though it may be at some point- "dragged" the girl to an awaiting police vehicle; or as she became physically ill, was evidently moved-manhandled- in such a way, that it disgusted her male-parent. 

Angel Joubert-Duplechain wants justice for her daughter. Her husband does also.  I would question, how far society is willing to proceed, to correct such actions by the police?  And, is it now such that there is no longer any desire to stop such actions in Louisiana? 

Jazz, a black-girl in the middle of "Acadiana" in Louisiana, 17 years old, about to graduate high-school; has been rudely awakened by the unjustness of society.  A society, where at any time you can be thrown to the ground, --135 pounds; five-feet, three inches tall-- by police, nearly locked-up and no one is held accountable.  So far.

It is without doubt, that this situation will be thoroughly vetted, and acted on, appropriately.  The appropriateness will depend on the community's response to what has occurred.  If, Jazz's Angel, had not been on the phone while all this was transpiring, what would have been the end of this matter.

First, there must be an investigation. There must be a parallel investigation.  The police-chief was on the scene.  LSP, recently defended actions of LSP officers in the French Quarters in New Orleans in a case somewhat similar.  In that incident, one of the "suspects" mother, was on the scene.  Results of an internal investigation by State Police released last week found the officers acted appropriately, and no disciplinary action was taken against the officers.

There would have to be a parallel investigation.  

Jazz is now, officially traumatized. It is becoming increasingly evident, that not only are black-males in jeopardy of such treatment but young-petite black-females, also. Evidently.  So, then; what must be done.  

Recently, in not-so-far Houston, a group of activist, protested for over two years straight against police-brutality, involving a teenage suspected burglar. 

Distrust of law-enforcement is fueled by such occurrences. And when there is distrust, this becomes a variable increasing violence.
The incidence of folk settling disputes violently will increase.  Without doubt the violent outburst in "our community" must be addressed.  However, such "police-extremism" is an intolerable plague on all.
